Hi Appi! Thanks for asking. My answer is complicated. First of all, my eyebrows are tattoo'd. The first times she did them, years ago, I had darker hair so they were darker. Now that I'm lighter, she went over them with lighter color. I know that doesn't help you at all.
I also dye my own eyebrows. I use equal parts ReflectoCil Cream Hair Dye in 3.1 light brown with Alva 20 Volume White Creme Developer. To tame I use Damon Roberts' Brow Tint in either Latte (darker) or Goldie Fawn (lighter). Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. :)
