Hi Michele, I use the little EOS before I apply my lipstick or I also use a lip primer from MAC and they both help me condition my lips so the color does not feather or crack...sometimes I fill in my lips with the lipliner before I apply the lipstick...Hope this helps!

Hi Charise! I have a zillion concealers but I mostly use the creaseless concealer from tarte since it gives me a glow around the dark sides of the lips..I apply it with a brush as seen on the picture and the I dab it on with my beauty blender for a more natural look!!
