Hair Curling Process

253

I've been asked about how I get my curls like this.. So here's just a look into how I clip them up! It's more about shaping it with your fingers once you've taken all the clips out. If you don't have a cow lick you can tease the front section a little bit to get the same effect :) x

How would you get this look if your hair is wet and naturally frizzy/curly?

My hair is naturally straight so I'm not sure if you could achieve this with wet/frizz prone hair. You could straighten your dry hair before doing this and then use large hot rollers or use a curling iron and pin your curls up with clips.

@mayra, you can curl each section of yur hair and pin it to set it. itll help with alil volume. alil teasing and alil hairspray with this will help too. I create this look on my dollhead a lot. setting them will help a lot!

I love your hair.
my hair is impossible to work with. has no volume whatsoever. I could curl it but within 20minutes its back down to straight and no volume.
what can I do?

Sometimes your curls can fall out because your hair is being weighed down by product. I don't use a lot of hairspray and when I find my hair falling flat I will spray it with the dove dry shampoo (you could also use baby powder). I find that helps A LOT because it removes any of the oils at the roots, even if your hair isn't particularly dirty.
