Base coat of l'oréal 370 Eiffel for you, a gradient of greens for the polka dots on the ring finger- milani 503 totally 80's, Sally Hansen 450 lickety-split lime, and Sally Hansen 260 Ivy League. I used a dot tool to make the actual dots but a cotton swab and toothpick work just as well
