1. Apply NYX (white) eye shadow base all over your lid.
2. Apply a light blue shadow on the inner lid, stroking towards the center of your lid.
3. Next apply a darker blue shadow on the center of the lid, softly blending it with the light blue shadow. Stroking it towards the outer lid.
4. Then apply a dark purple shadow on the outer lid, blending it with the darker blue shadow. Stroking it upwards it a cat-eye direction.
5. Finally apply a hot magenta/pink shadow on the crease of your lid. Lightly stroke the shadow upwards giving it a fade-away effect.
6. Apply eyeliner and mascara and you're set! (:
