I sponged on OPI my boyfriend scales walls and China Glaze too yacht to handle. My pinki is Zoya Pixie Dust in dahlia. Pueen water tattoos are on 3 of my fingers and are super easy to use, then I just put some dots on my pointer.

It's actually not a stamp, they are water tattoos by Pueen cosmetics. You can find them on amazon and they're super easy to apply, very similar to a temporary tattoo for the body.
