Paint your base coat and color and then cut pieces of newspaper (preferably not an old newspaper, or it will not work as well). Once your base is dry, dip the newspaper in a shot glass of rubbing alcohol for a little bit and then press them on your nails. Seal with a top coat and voila! =D.
