the easiest way to creaty a fake tattoo!
you will need:
any kind of eyeliner
white shadow
hairspray
before applying eyeliner you can use a black pencil for better results
1.draw the design you want
2.fill it with the eyeliner
3.let it dry
4.apply a small amount of white eyeshadow on the draws with soft moves
5.spray it and let it dry
(hairspray helps the draw last)_you can also use a clear nail polish to make it more waterproof
