I first used Sugarpill's Velocity at the base of the lashes and blended it up to the crease. I then layered Poison Plum on top to give it more of a blue undertone and blended up halfway across the lid. I followed this up using UD's Flash to blend the purple to the crease, then blended UD's Deep End through it. On the lower lashline I used the same combination of Velocity and Poison Plum, then to add some definition near the lashes I added a bit of UD's Blackout on an angled brush.
