How to make Cheap eyeshadows great!

Mix any eyeshadow you want with a face primer, it will create this beautiful cream eyeshadow BUT the beautiful thing about it is that once it dries its not going to slide around or move on you. Its the best thing ever! I can finally use my bad eyeshadows haha! You can also use it as a liquid eyeliner just by changing the brush!
