Braided Updo with Height

Take the top section of your hair along with any bangs you have, as if you were doing a half-up style, and then tease, tease, tease it into a little pompadour. Roll the ends underneath the pouf, and pin them to the crown. If you have thicker hair, you will get more height than me. Take the remaining hair and separate it into two different sections. Do the following to each section: Starting from right behind the ear, French braid each side until you've added in all the hair on that side, then continue with a regular braid until you reach the ends. Hoist the braid up towards the top of your head, then fold it in half so that the unfastened ends are on the inside. Pin to secure. And of course, hairspray away at the end.
