My favorite recipe is protein pancakes: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup of egg whites, 1 cup of fat-free cottage cheese, I cup of whole wheat flour, and 2 tbs. vanilla extract you can add 1 banana for texture and flavor, blend all ingredients together and it's ready to pour on a nonstick pan if you don't have one you could use a little bit of canola oil yum!
