Sydney, Marina-- it's super easy!! As long as you start with a blonde base (I use ion powder lightener and developer from Sally Beauty or any beauty supply store). Next I pin up the top shorter layers of my hair, put on a crappy t-shirt and paint the pink into my ends, starting at the very bottom and working my way up. If you'd like you can wrap them in foil or Saran Wrap, let it sit and voila! I began by trying just a few strands, especially underneath hair and ends. That way if you have a job or family member who doesn't approve of your technicolor hair, you can just cut the ends off or hide it in an updo!
