I am a natural redhead so I have hard to tan skin. I use both of these products to get a natural glow and it's amazing! I put the gel on about 10 minutes before I go outside and lay out. Just enough time for it to dry. Then I go lay out and spray the oil all over my body. I lay on each side for 20 minutes, flipping every 10. (:
