Lyme Awareness

I decided to focus on color for this one! I re-dyed my hair red and I wanted to play on the pastel lip trend that’s been floating around the runways recently. I was very inspired by a lovely picture of M.I.A. I really wanted to use the green because it would pop against my new hair color, but also to spread awareness about Lyme Disease. I won’t get into all the depressing details, but my mother, father, and most recently my brother all have contracted this disease. I am the only person in my family who is free of Lyme. You catch it from tick bites and it has very damaging effects on the mind and body, basically turning your body into its perfect host. Please educate yourself for your own protection. I would hate to see any of you go through what my family has endured.
