Saw this on Sugar Pills Instagram and HAD to try it. this was my first attempt, and all I used was blue eyeshadow shavings with a water/vitamin E oil mixer and an eyeliner brush. I think this would have came out much better if I had a blue eyeliner liquid or pencil. I also glued down my eyebrows and covered with concealer to make the blue eyebrow really blue.
