Thank you! well my curling iron is 1 inch. I just get smaller strands and just curl them regular, I don't wrap my hair around the curling iron or anything. For the top I use a curling iron that's a little bigger but I curl the top the same and run my fingers through them. I hope that's somewhat helpful(:
