for the basic :
I used purple and pink nail polishes by H&M and tiffany & co blue color.
for the cat :
make an oval in black for the head using dotting tool.make two dots below the head for the legs. and draw tow triangle ears. make two white dots for the eyes and two black dots smaller than the white dots for the lenses. draw a tail in black using striping brush.
