1. Apply light neutral brown to the crease and blend out
2. Apply lightest blue from the Sedona Lace 120 palette on the lid
3. Mix the darkest shade of blue from the same palette with visine and create your winged liner
4. Apply nyx white eyeliner to the bottom waterline
5. Apply nyx doll eye mascara and then maybelline's blue mascara
