How did you make It look like blood spatters??

I mixed red nail polish with acetone to make it thiner (you cand also use acrilic paints) and with a fluffy nail art brush you soak it in the mixture and from a 10 cm distance you gently tap the brush and you get this messy drops but be careful it can get messy so place a sheet of paper underneath your hand. There are several videos on youtube with this splatter manicure :) Hope you find this useful.
