Product Review: I received my new Blue Heaven Kajal Khol liner from Ebay - I love presents when its not even my birthday :3 The product is suppose to " define " by brightening the whites of your eyes with cooling herbal extracts. Its also gives a matte finish, resistant to smudging and stays on even if you have oily skin. I really like this product and it does what it says only flaw is that I had to really PUT IT ON!!! Once the product warmed up it became more intense. Worth a buy for $5 bucks Buy one get one so I'm not upset!!!
