Gold Smokey Eye

To complete this look, I started with my brows by filling them in with MAC 'Show-Off'. From there I highlighted my brow line with Bare Minerals 'Soul'. It's one of my favorite Bare Mineral products because it is more matte than some of their other shadows which makes it a great staple item in your kit. I then used Bare Minerals 'Pebble' for the upper lid, blending into 'Soul'. On the lid to give the eye a pop of color, I used MAC 'Goldmine'. The liner used was MAC Penultimate Eye Liner in 'Rapid Black', although I prefer Stilla waterproof liquid liner. (Note to self- remember to put caps back on!) On the water line I used MAC 'Fascinating'. Under the eye and in the corner of my crease to add some definitition, I used MAC 'Black Tied Velvet'. To really top off the look you can even add a fun color under the eye, I chose MAC 'Spicy Smoke' which is a crushed metallic pigment. To give it a smudged look like I did, use it dry. Otherwise, try it by adding a little bit of water to give it a sleek even brighter look. And to finish it off add some lovely lashes and you're good to go!
