Jack Frost Inspired

Now that Winter is on its way out, I figured I would do a sort of "Jack Frost" inspired look. I used Urban Decay Radium eyeshadow for the blue, MAC Pearlglide Liner in Petrol Blue, Sugarpill's Tiara in the center of the lid (not visible in this picture) and Sugarpill's Dewdrop Lashes. I used Urban Decay's Strip on the brows. A white cream product from Mehron on the waterline. My Primer was the Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer. My bottom falsies are from Alcone Co.
