I'm going to do a tutorial soon cuz everybody is asking me this question :D. It's simple, apply a white base, then choose the colors you like and make random spots on nail ( different on each nail ) wait to dry, then stick some striping tape on top, apply a coat of black nail polish and quickly remove the stripng tape and voila. Don't forget about the top coat :D.
