I love the look!! I so want to learn how to do my eye make up like that as well as the smokey look but have no clue how to do it or make it look so nice!! Please explain how to get this look so I can try new looks instead of just doing the crease with a med brown. I want a new sweet look! Thanks your amazing.

This applies to both the eyelid and under the eye: I applied a light blue eyeshadow near the inner corner of the eye and continued outwards with a medium coloured blue, then a purple colour and a pink one in the end. Blend these well together. I created two black, winged out lines, on both sides of the eye. To make the white between the lines so bright, I first applied NYX Jumbo eye pencil in Milk underneath a matte white eyeshadow. :) I hope this helped! Thank you! I used NYX Jumbo eye pencil in Milk as a base for the white eyeshadow and that's how it got that vibrant ;)
