I don't have a tutorial but I used Ben Nye pigment in "Cosmic Blue" and Sugarpill's "Flamepot" (orange) and "Buttercupcake" (yellow) for this!

Thank you! I'm working on trying to do tutorials. I'm just nervous talking on camera haha, I've tried and when I watched it, I noticed how many times I said "um" haha. I'll keep trying though!
