.) With a bright blue eyeliner pencil, I filled in half of my lid. Then blended out the harsh edges with my finger.
.) I then filled the other half of the lid with a purple eyeliner pencil. (I only used the eyeliner pencils as a base because the shadow colors are loose pigments, and I needed something for them to stick to and to make them pop. )
.) On top of the blue, I patted on a ocean blue color pigment.
.) Then I patted on a purple pigment on top of the purple liner.
.) Where the two colors met, I blended them by moving my brush in a back-and-forth motion. (If this weakens your colors, just add some more.. You just don't want any harsh lines.)
.) I placed black eyeshadow in my crease and blended upwards, to my brow bone, using a windshield wiper motion.
.) I used an off white shadow as my highlight and to blend/soften the black.
.) Using a shadow close to my skin tone, I cleaned up and blended out the outer part of eye.
.) In the inner eye, I used a soft gold eyeliner pencil and blended it with my finger.
.) Over the pencil I used a different highlight color that was white with reflects of blue and green in it.
.) I used the same eyeliner as step one under my lower lashes.
.) Over the liner, just a little more that a third of the way, I placed a baby blue shadow on the inner part. (A lighter shade than used on step one.)
.) On the outer two-thirds, I applied black shadow. I wanted to still see some of the blue liner, so I didn't go too dark with the black.
.) For the liner on the top lid, I used a black liquid liner and winged it out a little.
.) For the water line and tight line, I used a black eyeliner pencil.
.) Curled the lashes, applied mascara, added some faux lashes, filled in my eyebrows, and DONE!!
