Hi Giditte! The brand is GOSH, the nail polish itself is called Holographic. I believe it's no longer in stores - it was only ever in European drugstores, I've heard. It's still available on eBay but it's expensive - any of the Nfu Oh holographics would give a similar effect, though they aren't as strong. They're easier to find too!

I believe Sephora has a holographic polish...it's by nails inc. I don't know if it's comparable on but it looks the same in the bottle and it's only $10 so it's worth a try!
