I put one thin coat each of Color Clubs Antiquated, Color Club Sugar Plum Fairy and China Glaze Medallion. The dots and lines are a mixture of China Glaze Velvet Bow and some other burgundy purple color then i topped it off with some sparkly rhinestones a
