I started with a coat of sparkly black. Then, with a makeup sponge, I dabbed blue, green, purple, orange, yellow, in that order then I dabbed a darker blue around some of the edges of the other colors. I took a tiny nail dotting tool and made a few random dots around each nebula. I did one coat of a very sparse holo-glitter top coat and then one coat of my regular clear top coat. :)

It's soooo easy and it almost always comes out looking nice! This was my first try and I thought it was going to be really hard to do!
