Base: Maybelline Painted Purple Color Tattoo
Start with patting Provocateur on the inner half of the eyelid.
Place Rapture on the outer half of the eyelid and bring it down and around the eye under the waterline.
Using Vice smoke up the look and add more purple and depth.
Then put in two coats of mascara to finish the look.
