There isn't, sorry! I usually just freehand whatever comes to mind. I start with a white base and use the mint and red polish to make thick vertical blocks of colour down the nail. Then I use a white striping polish to make the designs, experimenting with lines, dots, and filling in shapes. Usually all of the actual designs are painting with the white striping polish, and I use only the mint and red to make dots :) For example, on my index finger I made a thick stripe of mint first. Then I used the white striping polish to make a thin vertical line down the middle of it. I made equally spaced horizontal lines for the bases of the triangles, then just connected them at the top points and filled them in! When you have a lot of extra space you can add some dots like I did with the red. Hope this helped you out! :)
