Guess my favourite colour!

Funnily enough, I've been in a huge beauty rut lately.. and then I realized I had been wearing neutrals on my eyes for, well, forever. I absolutely LOVE neutrals, and they're just so easy to work with. This was actually a bit of a step out of my comfort zone, with eyebrows and colourful shadow.

I'm wearing all colours from my line, Swagger Cosmetics.
Eyes: Swagger, Inglot black gel liner (falling less and less in love with it daily, honestly)
Cheeks: Mix of lolipop blush in Pink + Golden Rose
Lips: Lolipop gloss in pink

You look gorgeous, Blake. But how come you're falling less and less in love with the black gel liner from Inglot? I'd like to know, I hear so many good things about it.

I used it for about 3 months, and while it worked like a dream the first month (creamy, easy to apply, super black colour) it became progressively dryer and dryer. I took good care of it too-- always capped it tight, didn't leave it open for longer than needed, but just a month or two in it simply became too dry. It became very difficult to apply, and when it dries on your lid it even feels tight and dry, and was super flakey. I bought some Duraline to put in it to revive it, but even though the texture in the pot is back to creamy and it applies smoothly, it still feels tight after it dries. I don't know if I got a bad/old one from the store, but the red and white ones I have are even dryer. I'll probably finish the pot because I hate products going to waste, but probably use it more for SFX stuff/body painting.

No worries! I actually recommend the white one-- not as an opaque liner (you'll have a bad time if you try to use it like that) but applied sheerly as a base for pale or bright colours. I'm personally back to using blacktrack, but always looking for something better.
