I used Sally Hansen White On for the base, Essie Really Red for the stripes in the flag, a blue shimmery Stripe Rite polish for the blue part, and a very small dotting tool for the stars. For the accent nail I used Orly Royal Navy and red and silver Martha Stewart glitter for the dots. :)
