i did my crease with a neutral brown, then my eyeliner using a black eyeshadow and an angled brush and then a pop of blue on my inner corner

Just keep practicing! Start off by doing your regular neutral eye, and instead of adding a highlight in your inner corner, add a vibrant colour :)
