Summer in Winter.
I used & LA Colors palette w/ 4 colors in it, I'm not sure of the name of it, but I purchased it @ Family Dollar. It has 4 colors.. hot pink, blue, orange and a pale yellow. For a primer I used a NYX chubby stick in Cottage cheese, then just sectioned 3 parts of my eyelid and applied the colors. Blend well.
