your tears...how did you create so much depth? outlined in black...colored in with blue...then other colors to create the 3-D/Gradient affect? this is gorgeous...i def need to try pop art...also...are you using powder or cream shadow?

I was using all matte powder shadows....for the tears i use 2 different shades of blues and white shadow.then i used black shadow to create shadowing and black liquid liner to out line the tears :))

I think its the combo of using a bold matte color being out line in black...the black shadowing adds depth :)

This looks great :) I have question, how did you apply the dots? I did this look and my dots weren't perfectly round and yours are on point ;)

Thank u..i used the end of my makeup brush handle to mark them on my face then went back to fix them... the brush end made it so is perfectly round but a lot of them weren't filled in so i just went back over it :)

Love this! Probably my favorite pop art look that I've seen:-)
