Okay, you'd laugh at the reason why I did my makeup like this... My little sister asked me to do something scary at the drop of a hat to scare our little brother during the time I was living with them. To amuse her, I did this really quickly but I didn't really care for actually scaring him. The only part that's actual lip color is the red part dripping down my chin. To be absolutely honest, I did all this with eyeshadow and eyeliner then just fussed with my hair since it was short and pixie like during that time.
