Phineas and ferb

The blue polish was OPI's shrek line they came out with
I drew the faces on a plastic sheet with nail polishes then I let them dry and put a top coat on them then when fully dried I peeled them off and placed them on the nail and put a layer of top cat on top and wahla ;)
