Wow I adore this design! How did you make the everything so prescise? And did you only use nail polish?

The orange and pink are polishes (Essie Meet Me at Sunset and Essie Big Spender). The blue is a cheap acrylic paint that I picked up from the craft store. I used a very small, thin brush and slow strokes to make everything neat. Hope this helps :)
