Can I ask a stupid question? What did you mean by "glitter liner?" That you applied on your hand?

A glitter liner is a liquid liner with glitter in it (: Mine was a clear liquid with silver and purple glitter. I just take some out and put it on my hand first with the brush it comes with, and then use my fingers to spread the glitters out evenly! Not a stupid question at all (:

I just did my eye very neutral, brown on the lid, warm brown in the crease, and a dark brown in the outer V. Then I applied a glitter liner on my hand and then used my finger to pat it on the inner part of my lid. Then I lined my top lashline with a gel eyeliner and added some false lashes (: For the lower lashline, I just made a gradient of purple starting with the darkest purple on the outer lower lashline to the lightest in the inner corner. I applied my highlights to the inner corner of the eye and on the brow bone and finished off with mascara (: Hope this helps!
