This looks like there is some sponging, but how did you make this? It's so cool!

There was sponging! With a make up sponge, I first used Sally Hansen Blue Me Away where I wanted the lightening bolt. I then used a fusia polish (in this case Maybelline Sugar Plum) and lightly sponged over that area. When it was dried, I drew on the lightning bolt with a tooth pick. When that was dried, I sponged on a light sky blue color and a little more Sugar Plum! Finished with a top coat and it evened it all out!
