News Papper Nail Art

First you put on a base coat wait for it to dry. Next put on a light grey color or white (what i used in the picture) wait for it to dry and put on as many coats as you want. On your last coat make sure you have it completely dry then you will need any part of a news paper you want on your nails. Then you need to soak your nail in rubbing alcohol for about 10seconds then right after place the news paper on your nail then take off. Finally put a top coat on then you are finished to enjoy your nails.
