This amazing! design was so much fun to create. Simply paint your nails black and let dry. Then using a makeup sponge, sponge white, yellow and light pink in a smooth line down each nail in any direction you like. Using a dotting tool apply little white dots as stars. Finish off with a layer of glitter to give the look of even more stars. enjoy!
