It's Carlo di Roma (budget friendly brand they usually sell it in Dollar stores) lip gloss (that's what it says but it's way more pigmentes) in a jar..I bought it for about 20 cents..I don't think they make them any more...i'm wearing it on lips&cheeks (if that's what you're asking)
