it's not worth a tutorial ;) it's too easy - cream taupe eyshadow as a base all over top and lower lid, skin-toned matte eyeshadow in the inner corner, a bit of pearly navy blue in the outer corner and a bit of pearly purple on bottom - add winged eyeliner and you're done! ;) oh, and mascara of course ;)
