What Is The Matte Named Brand?? For Nailpolish? I Just Want The Matte/Flat?

It's a topcoat from NYC. It's $1.79 I think and I got it at Walmart. It's called "Mattify" and it looks kinda cloudy-clear. The only problem with it is that after a couple days of wear it seems to smooth out (the same way that gloss dulls down) and you don't see as much contrast with the gloss. I love the satiny finish you get with it tho.

It doesn't really matter to much what brands you use. You just need a color you like, a matte topcoat and a regular glossy topcoat.
I used Sinful Colors' "Black on Black", NYC's "Mattify" topcoat, and Sally Hansen's Continuous Treatment Topcoat.
