Rainbow Nail Part 2

After step 1 is dry (you can do it on all fingers or a couple - you're choice) you take a white polish (I used Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Xtreme Wear Nail Color in #300 White on) and place a little on either a scrap piece of paper or a paper plate or something plastic that you won't really use for anything else (like - the "boxing" for some nail polishes...... BUT YOU CAN USE WHATEVER :D). and Either take a dotting tool, a toothpick, one of those pin things you use in sewing that have the dot like thing on the end (which is what I used). and Dot along the dip of the nail to create some clouds.
After Dry. Apply a Top Coat and you're DONE :D
