After I primed her lid, I worked from inside out. First, I used that bright blue to cover one third of her eye lid. Then, in the middle, I covered another third with a silvery color. Finally, for the last third, I used that bright purple. On her bottom lash line, I used the bright blue once again, gave her thick black liner with a wing, and filled in her waterline with black liner.
