Best Top Coat Around!
I've been using this product exclusively as my go to top coat for a few years now. Still have never considered using anything else for my top coat because this always makes my polish last the longest! I think my longest self-done manicure to date (with no chipping/peeling) using this top coat was around 2 and a half weeks. I've noticed this time frame is pretty consistent as well, depending on the brand of nail polish used under it too of course. The only downside is as with the majority of nail products, once you use over half of the product, it becomes a little more tacky inside the bottle and little more difficult to apply. Being that the price point is so good, I don't really mind. :)
Good for a Base
I've used this cream highlight from rms a few times now, and so far I've learned a few things about it. I love the smell, it's a fresh minty smell that also fades away once you apply it. I like to take a small amount on my index fingers and tap it into my cheekbones and a little down my nose. My favorite thing I've learned about this is that if you want your highlight to be seen from a black hole in outer space, use this product as a base and apply your powder highlight of choice over it.
Blend like a Dream
I tried the Gilded Tones palette which is all neutral matte shades. I'm very picky with my matte shadows because I find that many brands that offer matte shadows don't blend easily or properly and it can be really frustrating. These took no effort whatsoever, all these shades blend together beautifully and create the perfect ombre effect. Also, the beige/tan shade in the middle is the PERFECT transition color and the chocolate brown to the right of it is absolutely gorgeous. I was very impressed with the long wear of these shadows as well. Can't wait to try other colors!
Perfect Skin in a Bottle
I have all 4 of these formulas and they are all incredible. I have combination & sensitive skin and I have to say my favorite is the Calming one, with the Hydration formula coming in as a close second place. I've mixed these into my morning/evening moisturizers and I've also tried putting a couple drops on my damp beautyblender right before I blend out my foundation in the morning. I think my favorite way to apply so far is by the beautyblender because it allows it to evening mix and spread on my face with my foundation, making the oil's contact with my skin less harsh. This is important for me because I was worried about getting any sort of acne or skin reaction from introducing a new product, but these showed me only positive results! They all do what they claim to do, and the Calming one gave me the biggest difference in results. Anytime my skin felt stressed or if I noticed redness, using this calms down the red pigments in my skin very quickly! I feel like these oils make my foundation sit better on my face as well, my skin doesn't get as dry during the day, and I've found that the Hydration oil truly helps with the issue of dehydrated skin, not making oily areas more oily. I think there is a formula that would be great for everyone out of these 4 options and I definitely recommend these!
Interesting and Cute
The consistency of this primer is like none other that I've ever tried. It does feel gel-like to the initial touch, but once you massage it into your skin it feels very smoothing and I did notice it minimized the appearance of pores. It also smells amazing, so that's important to note lol. I really like the way my makeup wears throughout the day with this primer and will definitely keep using it. You can't go wrong with the adorable packaging with a product this interesting either!
Your Skin - But Better!
I am always afraid to try new foundations for fear of being disappointed and having to find a solution to make my face look good enough to get through the day.
I have to say I was definitely very happy with this one from Make-Up Atelier! I love full coverage foundations that have a matte finish, and this one is medium to full coverage. I actually notice my true skin and complexion show through with an airbrushed matte finish with this foundation that I LOVE. The shade range is amazing as well, there's definitely a shade here for just about everyone. I've tried using RCMA powder as well as the Make-Up Atelier loose powder and both work great and leave a gorgeous finish.
For reference, I have combination sensitive skin and I was very happy with this foundation, it's definitely one of my new favorites! I applied with a damp beautyblender so I didn't get a streaky finish as well. This foundation brings out your skin's natural complexion while also hiding what you want it to, leaving your skin looking absolutely perfect.
Pricey but Luxurious
Spending $60 for a lip balm does sound kind of silly but I promise you that this lip/cuticle balm is worth it in the long run. I love wearing super matte liquid lipsticks and a lot of them can be quite drying on my lips. After a while it becomes pretty difficult to prevent my lips from getting chapped and sensitive. Wearing this as a mask on my lips at night really helps restore and retain moisture in my lips and even heals them after wearing a product that can be damaging like liquid lipsticks. Not to mention the smell is so gorgeous and light.
Great for Sensitive Skin
I love using this before I go to bed to help lock in my skin's moisture. I have sensitive skin to many products but this one makes my skin feel great. I feel like this moisturizing serum would be beneficial to most skin types as well!
I like it
I really like the shape of the tip, it makes it easy and fast to fill in your brows. However, I find it difficult to accomplish more detailed strokes with this, since it seems that the more you use it, the shape kind of loses the point of the thinner side. It's still a great product to pair with the dipbrow though! But I mean, I wear the dipbrow on it's own so this seems kind of unnecessary. I imagine this product would be incredible for people with thicker brows though!
AMAZING
Seriously, if you are looking for fresh, youthful, brand new feeling skin, try this. It's not an exfoliant so it is not harsh on the face whatsoever. You also only should leave it on for about 10 to 15 seconds, so it's nice if you don't want to spend a ton of time wearing a face mask too. After the 10/15 seconds, rub the product in circular motions and it will begin it form little clumps of (supposedly) dead skin cells! I thought this was both cool and gross haha. After the product has clumped up, I remove it with warm water and a gentle washcloth. My skin looked so amazing immediately after washing it off, I can't say that I've ever seen such a huge difference right after using a skincare product before.
